- fail to comply with additional technical standards described below;
- otherwise violate our Terms of Use.
This site does not authorize the harvesting, mining, or collecting of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the website or its services.
This site does not permit others to use its services to collect, compile, or obtain any information about its customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses.
This site does not permit any attempt to use its services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair any aspect of any of the services, interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any of this site’s services, or unlawfully use this site’s resources.
If we believe that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any service, we may take such action as we deem appropriate without notice, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server, IP address, etc.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account on our service that we determine is transmitting Spam in violation of this policy.
Violators of the CAN SPAM Act may be subject to “cease and desist” orders by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and/or penalties including fines and imprisonment.
